1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Human Interior. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website and services. Continued use after changes to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Services Provided

Human Interior provides premium interior design and construction services, including:

• Interior design consulting for homes, offices, hotels
• 2D, 3D design and detailed construction drawings
• Complete interior construction according to design
• Supply and installation of premium furniture and materials
• Post-construction warranty and maintenance
• Feng shui consulting and space optimization

We are committed to providing high-quality services, on schedule and suitable for each customer's needs.

3. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

When using Human Interior services, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about the project and design requirements
• Making full and timely payments according to the signed contract
• Creating favorable conditions for the survey and construction team
• Promptly notifying of any changes in requirements or arising issues
• Preserving assets and materials at the construction site during construction
• Not copying or using designs for commercial purposes without permission

You have the right to request design adjustments within reasonable limits as specified in the contract.

4. Human Interior Rights and Responsibilities

Human Interior commits to:

• Providing professional, high-quality design and construction services
• Using materials and equipment that meet standards with clear origins
• Completing construction on the committed schedule
• Warranting construction as specified in the contract
• Keeping customer information and designs confidential
• Supporting customers during use and maintenance

We reserve the right to refuse service if inaccurate information is detected or terms of use are violated.

5. Payment and Refund

Payment policy:

• Payment by progress: 30% deposit, 40% when construction starts, 30% upon completion acceptance
• Accept payment via bank transfer, cash or credit card
• Design fees will be deducted from the total contract value if the customer decides to proceed with construction
• Additional costs outside the contract will be notified and agreed upon in advance

Refund policy: Customers can cancel the contract and receive a deposit refund (minus incurred design costs) if canceled before construction begins. After construction starts, contract cancellation will be considered based on actual progress.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, drawings, and 3D images created by Human Interior are the company's intellectual property. Customers have the right to:

• Use the design for personal purposes at the contracted construction site
• Store and backup drawings and images for reference purposes

Customers are not allowed to:

• Copy or distribute designs to third parties without consent
• Use designs for commercial purposes
• Modify or change designs and claim them as their own work

7. Warranty and Maintenance

Human Interior provides warranty for construction:

• Structure and construction warranty: 24 months
• Equipment and accessories warranty: 12-24 months depending on product
• Material warranty: according to manufacturer's commitment
• Periodic maintenance support upon request

Warranty does not apply to cases: damage due to natural disasters, improper use, unauthorized repairs, or changes to construction structure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Human Interior is not responsible in the following cases:

• Schedule delays due to customer not providing premises or information timely
• Design discrepancies due to customer providing inaccurate information
• Damage due to natural disasters, fires, wars or force majeure events
• Indirect damages, loss of profits due to service interruption
• Issues arising from customer's unauthorized changes to design or materials

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between Human Interior and customers will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought to the competent Court in Vietnam for resolution according to legal regulations. During the dispute resolution process, the parties must continue to perform obligations not related to the dispute.

10. General Terms

Additional terms:

• Human Interior reserves the right to update and modify terms of use at any time
• Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website
• If any part of the terms is invalid, the remaining parts remain valid
• These terms are governed by Vietnamese law
